If you experience that your arm hurts and you can´t click the mouse anymore you problable got a repetitive strain injurie.

It is better to be safe than sorry. Certain repetitive strain injuries are directly irreversible, so you do yourself a favor by treating your body properly from the start.
You do not a cure mouse elbow by buying a new mouse, new mouse pad or an exciting new touch pad. Many expert recommen some of the measure listed below. And most of them do not cost anything.

Configurar actualizaciones de Google Play

Si no queremos que se dispare la cuota de tráfico en nuestros móviles debemos prestar atención a la configuración de las actualizaciones de aplicaciones de Google Play.

Google Play siempre actualiza sus aplicaciones de nuestros móviles automáticamente, consumiendo el máximo de nuestra cuota de tráfico.  Te consume toda tu tarifa plana en pocos días, especialmente si habías calculado tu tarifa solo para usar whatsapp y poco más, pero te encuentras que en 2 actualizaciones te ha consumido tus megas.

Puedes controlar cuando se  actualizan las aplicaciones configurando tu móvil siguiendo unos sencillos pasos.

Lo más conveniente es que las actualizaciones se realicen cuando estás conectado a una red wifi, para evitar el consumo de tu plan de internet.

Asi que antes de nada, tienes que configurar tu móvil para Wifi.

Y para configurar Google Play Store: Entrar en Google Play pinchando en el icono de tu móvil.  Una vez alli, escoge “Ajustes”.  Aqui puedes elegir entre varias opciones para personalizar Google Play.  Te recomendamos elegir “Actualizar las aplicaciones automáticamente sólo a través de WiFi”

De esta manera consigues que: Las aplicaciones solo se actualizan cuando estás conectado a una red wifi y al mismo tiempo recibes un notificación que debes aceptar antes de que la descarga se realice.
